David has 12 years of experience in sales and marketing of luxury travel in Chinese markets making him the perfect addition to Ker & Downey® Africa Asia DMC.
Born and Bred
David was born and bred in Shanghai, China and received a National Tourism Management Diploma. He joined Ker & Downey® Africa in 2020.
Travel Expertise
David’s expertise lies in finding gaps in the market for the luxury tourism industry. He has over 3 years inbound tourism experiences in South Africa and he has insights into the needs of luxury Chinese travel agencies. David has traveled to South Africa, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Mozambique, Tanzania, Kenya and Morocco.
David’s favourite destination in Africa
South Africa – David lived in South Africa between 2004 and 2010 and to this day travels to South Africa at least twice a year.
