Starting in Arusha, you will journey onwards to Tanzania’s most prolific wildlife destination including Tarangire National Park, Ngorongoro Conservation Area, and the Serengeti National Park – home to the annual Wildebeest Migration. If you prefer to be a bit more active you can also opt-in for a walking safari alongside an armed ranger and nature expert.
Lunch can be enjoyed at the lodge or alternatively, a packed lunch can be arranged if you are out on a game drive. Your afternoons can be spent at leisure enjoying the use of your private plunge pool and if you are feeling peckish a daily afternoon tea will be served from 15h30.
In celebration of your honeymoon, you can also be treated to a private dinner served by the poolside, campfire or at a scenic location on the property.

Day 9 marks the transition from your Tanzania safari to your Zanzibar honeymoon. After a full English breakfast, you’ll transfer to Seronera Airstrip for your Auric Air charter flight, departing at 11h00 and arriving in Zanzibar at 14h20. Upon landing, a Ker & Downey® Africa representative will escort you on a 1-hour 15-minute transfer to Kilindi Zanzibar.
Located on the island’s north-west coast, Kilindi is a romantic retreat set on 35 acres of tropical gardens with domed pavilion villas overlooking the Indian Ocean.
