Unparalleled encounters with Uganda’s critically endangered mountain gorillas await when you stay at this opulent retreat. One may not even need to venture far as the camp is frequently visited by gorilla families due to its special location. Apart from gorilla trekking, other exciting activities include birding and nature walks in search of Bwindi’s other extraordinary creatures including the rare forest elephant, giant forest hogs and black and white colobus monkeys. A Batwa tribe experience is also not to be missed where you can learn about and interact with the local Batwa community. Expect fabulous music performances and hunting and gathering demonstrations.
