Victoria Falls Zimbabwe Safari: FAQs
/01
Where is Victoria Falls located?
+/02
Why should I visit Victoria Falls?
+/03
When is the best time to visit Victoria Falls?
+For those seeking a close-up experience, the best time is from July to September, when the water flow is lower and the spray is less intense, making it easier to see the entire face of the falls. Additionally, wildlife viewing is at its peak in the nearby national parks.
October to December is ideal for thrill-seekers. During the low-water season, you can enjoy activities like white-water rafting and swimming at the edge of the falls in the aptly named Devil’s Pool. However, the falls may not look as impressive, as parts dry up, especially on the Zambian side.
Our luxury safari specialists can advise on the best time to visit Victoria Falls based on your desired experience.
/04
Can I visit Victoria Falls Town during a Victoria Falls safari?
+Victoria Falls Town is known as a hub for adventure activities, such as bungee jumping, white-water rafting, and helicopter flights, which offer sweeping views of the falls and the surrounding landscape.
