This 14-day Morocco Wellness Journey has been curated for travelers looking to press the reset button while discovering Morocco’s sought-after destinations – Fes, Casablanca, the Sahara Desert, Skoura, the Atlas Mountains and Marrakech. Immerse yourself in Morocco’s cultural and active experiences while staying in some of the country’s most exclusive hotels and leave feeling rebooted. Connect with nature on an overnight sleepout in the Sahara desert and a guided trek through the Atlas Mountains, and learn how to prepare healthy Moroccan dishes that you can integrate into your diet once you return home.
Your Morocco Wellness Journey starts on arrival at Casablanca Airport where a Ker & Downey® Africa representative will be waiting to transfer you to the imperial city of Fes. Located in the ancient medina, you will check-in to your Deluxe Room at the luxurious Riad Fes. Travel back to a time of noble splendor and unwind. Discover the city on an expertly guided tour through the neighbourhood called Mellah to learn about some history and culture of the area. As the sun sets there will be sundowners on the rooftop of the Sahrai Hotel with sweeping views over the city by sunset. The following day your dedicated guide will take you back in time for a journey through the Ancient Roman Ruins of Volubilis. On the way back to Fez, time permitting, there will be a stop at Meknes.

After a healthy breakfast, your dedicated driver will transfer you to the cosmopolitan Casablanca city. With balconies overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Four Seasons Casablanca offers a resort-inspired escape from the bustle of the city. Check in to your Premier Room for your first night. In the afternoon, you will have time to relax at the Riad and also walk around the surrounding area and discover the iconic Art Deco district. On day 5 enjoy a public tour inside the Hassan II Mosque, the world’s third-largest. After lunch travel with your guide to the Habbous traditional district. This district was built in the 1920s in the spirit of an old Moroccan median. In the evening, we recommend reliving your favorite scenes from the iconic Casablanca film at Rick’s Café.
Located in the art deco district and on a quiet street, this 1930s mansion was converted into a boutique hotel. Book some spa treatments at the well staff in-house Spa. Each guestroom is individually decorated with unique art and furnishings from the art deco era.
Spend two full days exploring the architectural heritage of Casablanca with its traditional Habbous district. Known as the main gateway to Morocco, the city is a year-round destination. Many visitors to Morocco will travel to this alluring city for the food, the culture and of course the beaches.
Your driver will meet you to transfer you to the stunning Atlas Mountains. Arrive at your hotel just after lunch. This property offers various leisure activities at your disposal. You can simply relax at the outdoor poor and read a book, or walk around the property discovering hidden gems like the organic vegetable garden or the many antiques. Visit the in-house Spa for beauty treatments and massages, take part in cooking courses, take a trip to the neighbouring eco-museum and to finish off the evenings have a cinema under the stars on a Monday & Thursday in summer – complete with popcorn.
Richard Branson’s award-winning Kasbah Tamadot is located in a little village in the foothills of the Atlas Mountains, an area inhabited by the friend Berbers. This magical place is perfect for wellness relax and relaxation. Enjoy the fresh air and the views of the surrounding mountains.
Your driver and local guide will pick you up at the Riad and transfer across the Atlas Mountains and the majestic Tizi’n’Tchika pass. Admire the ever-changing landscape and the local villages. Before arriving at Skoura, stop at Irocha Lodge for a traditional lunch. In the afternoon the guide will take you to the world-renowned Ksa Ait ben Haddou. After the visit check into L’ma Lodge and settle into the luxurious junior suite in the old Kasbah.
In the evening have an exclusive apertif and private dinner at a unique location in the Kasbah or in the gardens.
After a seamless check-out, your driver will meet you to transfer you to Merzouga, at the outskirts of the Sahara Desert. On the way discover changing landscapes from the cedar forest in Ifrane to the High Atlas Mountains. Lunch on the way will be at local inn. In the afternoon follow the ancient caravan routes to the Sahara, where green oasis contract with barren landscapes. Late afternoon arrival at your luxury desert camp. Your unique night among the wind-sculpted dunes of the Sahara starts with a 4×4 transfer to the camp. Once at the camp enjoy a 30 minute exciting camel ride and a nomad dinner under the stars in the desert.
After breakfast, enjoy the morning in the desert as the day reveals itself. After breakfast, meet your driver who will take you across majestic Dades and Todra Gorges, internationally renowned for rock climbing. On the way, you may stop at Rose Valley for a short walk. In the afternoon arrive back at Skoura. Take advantage of the agreeable temperature to follow your guide and discover the local traditions of the Berber people. Learn about the palm grove’s ecosystem and visit the Kasbah Amridil. Here you can learn more about the southern architecture and Berber traditions. Relax at the lodge with a dinner.
Situated in the beautiful palm groves of Skoura, the intimate L’Ma Lodge is a guesthouse in a natural escape surrounded by a large garden and fruit orchards. On the edge of the Sahara desert, in the Skoura palm grove. Freshen up in the heated outdoor swimming pool and it has an in-house authentic restaurant.
Enjoy breakfast, before departing Skoura. Take a scenic drive to Marrakech over the Atlas Mountains. Lunch on the way is at Irocha Lodge, a cosy guesthouse in a typical Berberg village called Tissedday, right in the middle of the mountains. Late afternoon arrive in Marrakech, to head to your room to relax and freshen up. 7pm meet your local guide and head to the magical media, the popular Djemaa el Fna square for a tour of the tastiest food stalls. For the next two days there will be fascinating activities including an Ochre City Walking Tour in the Old Medina, visit the Koutoubia Mosque and the Secret Gardens, an introductory tour of Marrakech, visit the Yves Saint Laurent Museum and the Berber Museum. In the afternoon of day 13 enjoy the beautiful hotel and we recommend booking the hammam and have a relaxing massage for a holistic spa experience.
Wake up and enjoy a final breakfast. Depending on your flight schedule, meet your driver and head to the airport to catch your international flights with VIP fast track services and of course departing with wonderful memories.
