Kyambura Gorge Lodge

Nestled between the Kyambura Gorge and Queen Elizabeth National Park, Kyambura Gorge Lodge boasts all-encompassing views of the undulating savannah, the distant mountains of the moon, and the concave Kyambura Gorge. The former coffee store has entirely overhauled its public spaces and gardens to establish an awe-inspiring space for an adventurous and luxurious stay.

The lodge occupies an enviable location for tracking endangered chimpanzees in the forested Kyambura Gorge and for guided game drives in Queen Elizabeth National Park where you have the chance to spot big game such as elephant, buffalo, lion, leopard and hippo. New walking safaris have also been created around the lodge for guests to experience the breathtaking landscapes of the surrounding area. Guests can also contribute to the conservation of the Kyambura Gorge ecosystem by participating in the Kyambura Gorge eco-tourism project.

Eight opulent and spacious guest bandas set on the hillside incorporate a modern African theme with a focus on re-imaged local artifacts. Each banda, with its own bathroom, overlooks a different facet of the sweeping vistas across the gorge and verdant savannah of the national park.
